Our HIIT Clubland Bag Class is set within our Stockton based gym, set in night nightclub style heavy bag area, Get fit with classic Clubland tunes blasting, This is a fun but high energy class, Guaranteed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

This half-hour HIIT blitz done with a heavy bag is a triple threat—boosting strength, cardio, and metabolism all at once. You’re going straight for the fat burn and lean muscle building. You’ll be doing a vast selection of different routines, for a set timelimit, pushing you towards your fitness goals. 

The Tools we use:
A heavy bag. Our highly trained instructor will put you through your paces, giving you multiple set routines and constantly pushing you to keep you going, While this is a high intense workout course, its is set in a fun, and friendly environment.
