HEALTH AND FITNESS WHILE HAVING FUN AND MAKING FRIENDS.

 

Our 60 minute ladies only class is led by one of our experienced female instructors and designed as an all body workout which incorporates fitness exercises, cardio workouts, conditioning and elements of Thai Boxing.

Contender Gym provides a safe positive stress-free environment for those who has never done any martial arts or fittness training before.

Our Course is suitable from age 13+ up
and is perfect for anyone regardless of your fittness level or experience.

 

This Course provides a great way for
women to stay in shape and have fun!

 

It won’t become dull or routine like gyms because as soon as you get better, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and keep coming back for more!
